The apartment is 18 m² for daily rent, which fits everything (and even a little more).
Izmailovskaya raspberry 18 m² is a micro-space with great taste.
The idea: hotel comfort with character.
The concept is based on a warm, noble color palette: terracotta shades are combined with black accents and cream details. Everything works for a sense of comfort and status.
This apartment is not just a good layout on 18 m². This is a demonstration of how small-sized housing can be not just functional, but stylish, memorable, with character.

The zoning is done as delicately as possible:
The sleeping area is visually highlighted, but remains part of the total area. A full—size 120×200 cm bed, built-in storage, textiles — everything is thought out for comfort.
The kitchen-living room is concise and technological. The facades match the color of the walls, creating an effect of wholeness. A black countertop, built-in appliances, a TV in a niche — the kitchen looks expensive and does not clutter up the space.
Visual techniques such as monochrome solutions and hidden handles enhance the effect of minimalism, but with a warm, "vital" presentation.
